В этом проекте я посещаю различные места в Берлине, которые так или иначе связаны с принудительным трудом во время Второй мировой войны. Это бывшие лагеря военнопленных, фабрики, заводы и мастерские, где работали военнопленные и евреи, кладбища, тюрьмы. Этот проект связан с личной семейной историей, так как в одном из таких лагерей работала во время войны моя бабушка. Мне захотелось больше узнать про это время и жизнь обычных людей в таких условиях. Я сравнивала истории этих мест с тем, что от них осталось. Мне было интересно прочувствовать атмосферу этих мест: можно ли здесь до сих пор ощутить дух прошлого или со временем эти границы стерлись? Это дневник моих мыслей, каждая из которых связана с определенным местом.

In this project, I visit various places in Berlin, which in one way or another are associated with forced labor during World War II. These are former forced labour camps, factories and workshops where prisoners of war and Jews worked, cemeteries and prisons. This project is connected with a personal family history, as my grandmother worked in one of these camps during the war. I wanted to know more about this time and the life of ordinary people in such conditions. I compared the stories of these places with what was left of them. I was interested to feel the atmosphere of these places: is it possible to still feel the spirit of the past or have the borders been erased with time? This is a diary of my thoughts, each of them is connected with a certain place.
